Rs25/week cutting for no service

Inspite of complaining 5 times about Rs 25 cutting every weeks from current balance, and after requesting to close that undesirable services, company is not ready to close the service of Airtel WAP. and every week i used to get an irritating message of-

Thanks for use of Airtel WAP. U have been charged Rs 15. AND thanks for using yahoo... u have been charged Rs 10. Custmer care executive are too rude and stupids to talk again and again. They r angry on complaining again and again instead of solving the problem.

I am waiting for my balance to reduced to zero. so that then I can go for Vodaphone.
