I have never opted for airtel text services in Airtel WAP.After deducting from my balance they sent a message that "thank you for using the text service in Airtel WAP and you have been charged Rs. 50." Even I don't know what is the text service in WAP, my moble is not also up to mark to use WAP/internet services. Kindly necessary action to be taken against the service provider to deactivate the same from my mobile 9940893987 which is unfair on part of a customer.
