Dear sir,
I was using airtel postpaid mobile from about 1.5 years. Two months ago, i converted my no. into prepaid because i was not satisfied with my bill as it was much more than my expectations.
Yesterday airtel blocked my incomming and outgoing. When i asked customer care about firstly they told me that they did'nt recived my doccuments. Then i rushed to there showroom to submit my doccuments again but there i came to know that my doccuments have been recived. Than i called customer care again, then they said the same thing that they already have doccuments and said there is some other problem and they cant tell bcoz their computer is not showing any problem.when i asked to register a complaint they didn't gave me complaint no. and said i can confirm from 121 anytime. Third time when i called customer care in morning to confirm my complaint this time they say that my no. was barred bcoz of verification problem. As i remember when i converted this no. into prepaid, i got a call for verification and i confirmed everything to them and they are blocking my no. after 2 months.
everytime when i call airtel i get different answers from customer care. and now if i didn't get any satisfactry answer this time i m gng to consumer court.
