SIR,
I am using the Airtel Postpaid connection from long time. Recently I came to know that there are various extra charges is made in to my bill. As I am using the airtel Rs.199 plan for the month but my monthly charges is always more than Rs.700 extruding my phone calls. I never opted for the various mentioned plans which are available in to my bill. Also I have made this complaint many times in the Airtel customer care but still no response for the same.
Pl.do the needfull.
