Illing overcharge

I ve been airtel user for last 4 years and actually received my latest ebill overcharged with some value added services eg. downloads which i never committed and when i claim to customer care they just answer these downloads are originated from my number so i ve to pay my bill .what recourse should i have when the customer service is unable to trace any wrong doing on my number or just ignore it?
