I have been a customer from There was a problem with my GPRS Connectivity
i lost 80 rs from my mobile a/c by four times. I rang up Airtel Customer Care One of their executive told me that there was a hacker Often using my Mobile A/c without my knowledge with Hacking my A/c.and they said pls stop Connecting Illegal site immediately and Format your Mobile and Memory card due to virus Affect. Then i formatted my Mobile and Memory Card with cost of 200 rs.
Then i rang up Airtel Customer Care and said i finished my Format the the Supervisor told me that there was a small info sharing on Customer executive so we ill Refund my Money from 2.55 pm by today, and they said that no need to format your mobile... even i told about the Format Charges, But they never refund the amount of 200 Rupees.
Now i lost my 200 rs,
I would like to make complaints on Airtel.
and Tell me the Procedure for Making complaints
