Unauthorized deduction from my account

Iam a new coustomer of Airtel (PH NO 9895092363) I got a SMS today that to deduct an amount for the subscription of Airtel WAP service. I want to know how you activate that that service with out any requiest from me???

Please give me the clarification and refund the amount that you deducted from my account.
