No. issued on my ID to another person

Dear Sir,

There is one guy who had taken all my ID proofs and taken a new airtel no.(9958882707) and using it from last 4 months. Now the airtel people are calling me to pay that bill. If I had not used that no. why should i pay the bill. you can check the bill details.
