I complainted Airtel regarding an incoming call issue on 23/04. They told me that the issue will be solved within 24 hours. But I waited for 48 hours, but the issue was not solved. Again I contacted them, but the answer was same. I continued contacting them and received the same answer. One agent even told me that the issue will be resolved in 3 hours. One customer support agent disconnected the call when I told the issue. They gave me an airtel number, where I can contact the Airtel's Nodal Officer, if the issue is not resolved. The number was absolutely fake. Today is 08/05, my issue is not yet resolved. Whom do I contact to resolve the issue? This is really frustrating... My email address is [email protected]
