Hi,
I had asked for shifting of my phone line on 2nd August from Maratahhali to Kormangala.
The date given to me to resolve the issue was 9th August 4:30 pm.
The issue has not been resolved yet. I am tired of following it up through their Customer Care who give me the response as it's in progress with no dates now as to when it would be resolved.
This is hurting me, as I am without network (for the past 5 days) and it effects my work and my company directly.
