Disconnection of pre paid mobile no

Sir,

I am using Airtel pre paid connection 9815413283 from last five years. My address is verified by the company four times and found ok. now even after last address verification which was happened two months ago, my no. is disconnected by the company saying that the address is not ok. If this time they found it wrong, then last three verifications, How can can it be ok.

In that connection, my balance is also above Rs.450/- which i am unable to use. This type of attitude of Airtel is very harrassing and it will suring effects to the reputaion of company.
