I had Bided favourate No.9900000455 On 11.06.09 at Air Tel, at Ulsoor Branch for RS 1500/-, Air tel service person
told they check and comback at the earliest. next day they called up and told me that I had been
sected to get the favourte Number. same day i.e. 12.06.2009 I went and produced my Driving Licence
and address proof and 1 Photograph and they chcarged me Security Deposit for Rs 300.00, Activation for RS 199/- Number fees Rs 1500/- so total amount will Rs 1999/- (paid in cash) meann while they issued cash receipt for same amount vide Receipt No. 2877/12.06.2009 & Application form No. 80972, they also issued Sim card No. 89914500040125254604. through your dealer Cell Net code NO. 5083 at Cambridge Road, Ulsoor, Bangalore. told will be activated on next day i.e. 13.06.2009. next day
around 11 Am service staff called me told now it is not possible to issue the same what i choosed. ask me chooke different no. I refuse to take that after several discusson with service staff finally we come to one conclusion ie. they will give one more No. i.e. 9900000599 in sted of above no. i agree that also. but they told it not posible issue this no. also.some body bided for Rs - i am fed up and compalin against such kind bad service.
Pls help and take necessary action.
