Not able to pay bill online for last 3 months

Hello,

I have taken airtel mobile connection for myself / my wife and also broadband connection at home. For last 3 months i am repeately following with the Airtel as i am not able to pay the bills online. I have to complain always and waste my time. I am fed up with Airtel and wants to discontine the serive. Please advice.
