Miss guidence from customer care without acknowlege of technical probiling

Dear Airtel,

I am shaifali saxena using the SIM of airtel no :9630581480, its a new connection,

I am using HTC touch mobile window based 6.1 version, have every facility and working fine, i want to enable the GPRS connectivity with the mobile but really sorry to say it was enable but was fail to send any mail, I try hard the best I can do as I am form Networking, I call on 9893098930 on 19-june-09 Talk to the executive of Customer care Mr Santosh (from Indore) without any technical probing he direclty said that my Hand set has a problem, I request him that if I am using other SIM of Relaince then the GPRS is working fine... But using the sim of airtel, the error msg comes in sending mail...

Kindly deactivate my GPRS service as I am paying cost and not able to utilized the services
