Invoice and NOC (Settlement Letter) not received

I had done the payment of my Airtel postpaid mobile 9730010183 on 17th June via mobile number 9892049520. Even after 5 days, I have still not received the NOC Settlement Letter from Airtel which I was promised on the day of the payment itself. This is sheer misbehaviour on the part of Airtel and I want a serious action to be taken against them.

The Airtel contact person was calling from Chandigarh. His name is Praveen and his mobile number is: 9023248311. Also the number that he used to call me was: 911724305815

These people call us and make our life miserable when they need the payment. But after we make the payment, they do not acknowledge and play fraud by calling again. I have no proff of payment until the NOC letter is e-mailed to me from airtel. These people should be put behind the bars.
