Dear Airtel Customer Care,
I am 9994834468 Life Time subscriber since from last year. Just 3 or 4 days before I have seen Airtel's 543213 advertisement
in TV. Even I used the service for 4 or 5 time in those days. Whenever I used it, directly I use to hear the latest Sawariya
songs and not for long time. You can even check the deatail of my last list in your database.
But suddenly yesterday morning, I think around 6:45 A.M, I got a message from 64611030, that "Thanks. Enjoy 10000 songs by
calling 57777. You can even add songs into MYZONE to create your collection". Afterward I checked the balance, I shocked by
seeing that my balance was reduced by Rs.30/-, which is totally unbelieveable.
Then I enquired you regarding this, on my first enquiry (Ref No. 1010005082) I did not get any proper response, then in
second enquiry you said that you will give the report of my last used numbers for that enquiry I did not receive any Ref. No.
afterthat on my third enquiry the person who attended gave false reply regarding my usage. He says that I used the service of
64611030 again and again. But I received the reply at morning. Then how can I agree by his comment?
And even you stopped attending my call.
And I think some other person is using my number without my knolwedge.
Please give or send me the proper report regarding my Rs.30/- usage.
Please consider as serious issues regarding this.
