Sir i am using airtel mobile office 20 rs per day plan

and i have been told that all downloading and surffing will be free

but every time when i use it my balance get deducted

when i call consumer care they told me that it is a charged service

but my all friends are using it and they doesnt have such problem

they surfs and download freely
