Subject: Severe mental harassment on a request for transfer of address.
Phone number: 0129 4118674 Not working from the last 15 days. Initial request was logged on 23rd May for transfer pn 1st June. This was cancelled due to delay in shifting the house. Despite cancelling the request and postponing it the connection was cancelled. The Customer care department had no idea why the connection was cut. They initially said that there may be some problem with the system.
We have been following up with the customer care department for the address transfer and in every interaction they tell us that we will log a new complaint.
3 days ago Mr. Praveen Dadgouri a Senior manager spoke to me. Apologised for the inconvinience and promised the the work will be done within 48 hours. Its been more than a day than his promise expired and nobody has even bothered to contact us. I spoke the the customer care guys today (26th June) as well but there is no response.
I dont think we are liable to pay this month's bill because the connection was active only for a couple of days. We faced a lot of loss in business because the work is primarily online and deals with international clients.
This is my final attempt to communicate after which I will log a complaint in the Consumer Court.
