Permanent de-activation

Sir,

my mobile number was permanently de-activated on 05-06, the reason was non usage (no incoming, no outgoing, no sms, no data usage) my number is not registered with DND also so is it possible that there is no incoming also.

there was a balance of more than Rs2400/- and the validity available was also upto 13-09

when contacted nodal officer they had only one thing to say there is no usage in 90 days, now that i have a proof that there was call made from this number within 90 days, they are not ready to accept.

please provide advice

or the consumer must unite and file a case against such companies
