I am possessing a Airtel sim card having no.9987069663. Despite of having balance of Rs 300, and validity upto July 7th my services have been stopped without any prior information for last one week. The worst part of the story is when I contacted the customer servicde center of Airtel they informed me that they don't have the database of my cell no. It is really astonishing to know how the information of the sim card can be deIeted from the database within validity period itself. I also wish to know who is responsible for this and I won't mind even discontinuing this number however my balance amount must be refunded to me. Even to know that which person or what consequences led to deactivate my sim card shall I file an application under Right to information act (RTI). I hope my problem is adressed in this forum.
