My problem was not solved since 4 months with airtel
I am the user of mobile no 9741120031 and I am paying every month bill, the connection is in the name of my company, I requested airtel to change the name to my name from company, they ask me to submit so many documents for new plan, new address and etc, I explained them that only the name has to be change remind the address and other plan will be the same as previous, then they ask me to submit the NOC from the company, I did, but they never change the name
when I check with them, again they ask me all the documents for address proof and etc, again I explained them that only the name has to be change,
Later on they inform me that they have changed the name and they given me the ref no for the same,
As per the ref no. the name has been changed, but it has not reflected on bill,
when i check with them they replied that It will be reflected from may month, but actually not,
again i talk to them and send them several mails, they said it will be re solved within 48 hrs, like this way I passed 4 months, Finally they ask me to provide the date of birth, new name required on bill, driving licence no ect. I did all, still it has not done,
like this way four months has gone, When I check with them now they are coming from the begining and asking the same documents what they asked four months,
I have been irritated by airtel a lots, I made around 80 calls to them and sent them so many mails, but no use, I have all the ref no, evidence about all the interaction had with them,
