Airtel showroom manager not responding properly

I am an Airtel post-paid user. i planned to change it to pre-paid..for that purpose i have been going to the airtel showroom (Reach telecommunication in Anna Nager east, Chennai) manager Mr. Senthil in person for the past 20 days... He is not responding to me properly..He even told me to complain to any higher officials about this and do whatever you can..the situation is aweful... Mr. Senthil is not attending my calls for any query and he is giving missed calls. Even the customer care officers are not replying properly.

i am wasting my MONEY as well as my time by going to the showroom to ask each time to this transaction from (post paid - pre paid). i need some kind of compensation from airtel's side.

Airtel's officers are proper.. i have already lodged a COMPLAIN against this manager to the customer care officers, but there was no proper response.

So tell me What to do?? Answer me???
