I have activated WAP in Airtel through internet on 11th of this month. I have requested AIRTEL through customer care on 18th. They replied that it will be de-activated with in 2 days. But still they haven't de-activated. Instead they are deducting Rs.20/-. Again I have registered a complaint today morning that i should be de-activated. They replied the same it will be de-activated. They have given me a complaint no . 501352000. Still I am not satisfied from their service. my mobile no. is 9894527606. Kindly do the needful to de-activate WAP
