Activation of postpaid connection

Dear sir,

i am from Surat.and i have purchased two post paid connection in RIL national plan on dated15.07.2009.i have submitted required documents in AIRTEL office and they had given commitment of 19.07.2009 for activation.but my connection are not activated yet.and they are not give me valid reason..so do needful.
