I paid my november month mobile bill Rs:360 on due date 27/12 but your agent did not update the amount on 27/12 i am not responsible for late updating but your side add late fee my next bill from January Rs 50, February Rs 50, March Rs 50, June Rs 50, July Rs 50 total Rs 250.purely i am not paid late fee. so cancel my late fee and send my actual bill.
