I have taken the three connections of Airtel, The first one is basic and another two are Mobile postpaid connections after submitting all the neccesary documents to your representative and it was told by your representative that the postpaid sim will be provided on the same evening or next day after verification but both the sims are still not received after three days and the approach of the concerned representative (Mr Kapil, Mob- 9717992729) is very casual and highly objectionable.

It is really very disappointing to see the casual approach by the representative of your company.

Further you are requested to look into this matter at the earliest as the individual is facing a big problem due to the non availibility of number.
