To stop charging Rs.20 every week

Sir,

Myself Durgesh Kumar singh and my mob. no is 9810203986. I am charged Rs. 20 or Rs. 10 (depending on available balance) every week for some textbased services automatically, without my consent. I have alredy complained customer care of Airtel several time but no action is taken. Hence I want serious action and my money back (Rs. 50 till now).
