They change thier rate without any informations. ie now i use 97 ratecutter card with the scheme of SMS 5 paisa local call 50 paisa aitel call 15 paisa. but some times before they charge SMS 5 paisa local call 49 paisa aitel call 10 paisa. but now they charge SMS 50 paisa local call 50 paisa aitel call 20 paisa. they make as a fool.
