I am a employee of Pvt. Ltd Company, working for client services, as my job responsibilities are concern, I have to speak and coordinate with High level of interaction with our client, but due to network problem, I have lost so many business opportunity,
I have taken two connection one is 9971444002 and another is 9971444003.
This bears to network problem at my work are and my residential, I have requested to customer care for 100 of times since I have taken this connection 09 month back, but till date I have not received any satisfactory answer and solution, as I am a very good customer of Airtel since last 05 years, with heavy usage...
I got resolution from your side through sms, but still there is no coverage.
You can check your records that my call was disconnected in 2 - 5 seconds every time when I receive or make any call.
I really very disappointed with those responsible person who does not work for all kind of repudiated company, so that company suffers a lot...
this is my personal request to the higher authority that please take immediate action, as I have registered my request earlier, other wise I have no options, I will move to Another Services Provider, but its not a loss of the employee who are working with Airtel, its a loss of the company...
So kindly revert with the solution and compensation that I suffered a lot
