THIS IS ANAND FROM TANJORE WORKING IN PVT COMPANY, I AM AIRTEL CUSTOMER FOR LAST 5 YEARS, LAST WEEK I GOT PROBLEM IN MY CONINECTIVITY, THE PROBLEM WAS IF I MADE A CALL TO ANY MOBILE THEY CAN`T ABLE TO HEAR MY VOIVE (EXCEPY CUSTOMER SERVICE) BUT IF I GOT A CALL FROM SOME ONE THE BOTH WAY CONVERSATION ARE OK! THEN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SRVIVE FOR COMPLAINT I WAS SHOCKED THEY SAID FIRST CHECK YOUR HANDSET, I SAID EVERYTHING OK! AT FINAL THEY SAID ME THE PROBLEM WILL BE CLEAR IN COMING 10 DAYS!
