Deducted exttra charges from my a/c

Dear Sirs,

I am customer of airtel mobile service provider, my mob. No.is 9967362025

from last few days i am suffering form a problem, our service provider (airtel)

is debited daily1 rs.in two or three times a day. and massage recd from them

debited for vas downloading which i have not done, Really i am wondering about

it because I didn't even download anything, than why they deducted from my

account, even customer care is not entertain me, please give me solution for this.

wher to i complain for this problem.
