GPRS and Blackberry Service

For the past 3 days, I have been trying to activate the Blackberry service and the GPRS service on my Nokia E 90 device but to no avail. I have been calling the AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE and AIRTEL BLACKBERRY CUSTOMER CARE people everyday and after every few hours and have to repeat my story to them again and again. I get the same reply that the services would be activated within 4 hours.. but it has already been 3 days... after getting replies and replies that it would start within 4 hours... People in the CUSTOMER CARE tell me that they would call me back but again I never get a call back and so I have to call again and again after a few hours. They dont even bother to write down what I have requested to them. I dnt understand Is this what the CUSTOMER CARE is all about?. NO SERVICE.. NO CALL BACKS.. NO UNDERSTANDING.. NO REPLIES!!! I would seriously request you to get back to me regarding this and solve my problem!!!
