AirTel is charging heavily on my postpaid connection everyday there was a difference with comparing
to my out going call log i would like to share the cheating info
My unbilled amount as on 31-Aug was 125.41 matching all with my mobile cell.
on 31-August i made 4 call and the duration of all calls were 13 minutes*0.49=6.37
on 1-Sep i got an SMS saying your unbilled amount is 145.50. when i contacted airtel CCE they have a very simple answer "They Do not have" DATA. Cheating Customers!
IT can query and Extract any Static and Dynamic datas from Databases.
Govt should act very strongly and take quick actions.
