I’m Ankush and I’m facing one problem from last 6 months.
I have registered more than 100 complaints regarding this on Airtel customer care (121),
Even I have talked with the seniors for more than 50 times, but till date my problem is not solved.
Whenever I call to customer care I’m listening the same thing that is “I’m very sorry for the inconvenience, once again we are taking your complaint and surely your complaint will be
Resolved within 24 hrs, 48hrs and so on…….
Every time I have to waist my half an hour for telling the problem, whole history.
Now I’ll tell my problem, my no is 9960993345 this is friendz card and I want to join the
CUG group. Which is already created and the members in the group are “9960996229, 9890514455, 9970844226, and 9960903173.”
