My airtel broadband/landline connection has been dead since 20-08
I have made many complaints and repeatedl requests to the company to look into the matter. The status of the problem today is still: UNRESOLVED!

Result- marked as 'closed' on 01-09 without any technician visit or problem troubleshooting

STATUS: complaint open, no technician visit--no resolution to problem till date.
This reflects a really pity condition of the company, as it is unable to look in to very basic problems faced due to their technical incompetency to provide an active connection.
