I called up customer regarding deduction in my balance they told me its bcoz of the NOP (net on phone) service activated on my phone. I told them I haven't activated the service as my customer care service was not working from the last 10 days. I had opted for night package and that service was not activated instead of that my nop service was activated. I told the agent on the customer care to deactivate the service he took my request (as he said on the phone). But the next two days the service was activated without my notice and then i received a message which states that I am being charged for the service. I called up customer care again and mention to them the incident they told me that the service will be deactivated within 6 hours and I'll get my refund back within 48 hrs. I haven't got my refund yet and whenever I call customer care they just say "sorry. We cant refund your money back" and keep down the phone. And then you will come to know that your customer care service is blocked for calling number of times to customer care.
