Sub: Cancellation of registration – Mobile no. 9831096111

This is to inform you that the registration of my old mobile no. 98310 96111 has been cancelled by you good organization around four (4) months ago without any notice / intimation to me.

Being a LIC & GIC agent, I can not communicating with my clients view disconnecting my Mobile number and now I forced to get new Mobile connection 98310 67906 .

But it is very surprising that someone is using my old mobile number 98310 96111 without any new registration .- How it it possible??? please explain & also look in to the matter.

Therefore, I request you to kindly cancel my all registration documents against Mobile .no. 98310 96111 or you can allot me the same number.

Please do the needful and give me relief from such harassments.
