Excess billing after disconnection

AIRTEL sends xtra chareges after my brothers cell no (9960457979) was deactivated due to poor services and bad call center experience. However full amt. payable was taken before disconnectionand now demanding more.

Nodal Officers and appelette nodel officers phone ie 9987234865 and 9987244865 are never answered.

Havent They paid bills for connection???
