Airtel
Regarding wrong telling of recharge scheme by customer care executive

Respected Sir,

I had call yesterday evening at airtel custumer care in order to know about the recharge to 1 year validity scheme. The customer care executive reply me that I should do a recharge of 97 RS. in which I will get 50 RS talktime and 1 year validity. Further, she told me that even after doing the recharge of RS 97, my call rate would be same as that was before recharging. My previous call rate was 20 paise (AIRTEL TO AIRTEL) 50 PAISE to any other mobile and 90 paise to landline. So, as such the executive told me that their would be no change in my call rate for sure, hence I did the recharge yesterday.

But, on the next day I came to know that my call rate would not be same as I had in airtel bol bol pack which expires on 15 th of September. They would change by 15th September as soon as my scheme of bol bol pack expires. This was not at all told by the executive and when I went to the AIRTEL office (ASHRAM ROAD) and told my querry to the person over their, after his investigation he told me that it was their own mistake, but now it is I who has to suffer for this. So, it is a kind request as well as appeal from my side that either you recruit those executive who either know entirely about the company and the scheme so that the customer would not have to suffer and plz. reply me for what can by done further for this matter as such Its not my fault but the executives fault and hence if you care for customers then plz. either continue on the same calling rate the schme or either disactivate the scheme and give me my 97 RS. which I had paid for this.

WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

YOURS SINCERELY,

AKSHAY PATEL.
