Ill without using new simcard

Respected sir,

I had been given free of charge airtel simcard (goodvalue scheme) by Mr. stish mishra f appco marketing (i) ltd. on the that the new sim card activated only after verification by our airtel exectuve at your premises.

But no one came for verification and in tel. talk with airtel person i told i dont wont airtel connection.

I surprised by getting bill of my new sim card which not opened also not inserted in any mobil than how bill come?

I my required to go to consumer court, how bill came without even opened cover of new caed if my.
