Balance Deduction

I have complaint against AIRTEL, they deduct two time money from my balance. I have prepaid connection and I used internet two times, one is for 4-5 minutes and second 15 minutes and they deducted Rs. 27.00 and Rs. 34.00, I also called in customer care but they don't have report and telling me lie that I used internet more than hour and download much data. They even not talk
