Despite informing 5/6 times for stoping renewal of subscription of Brazillian Pack on airtel customer care on 121, I get a SMS on my mobile 9876348155 that subscription has been renewed and I have been charged Rs 1 for the same. Pl stop renewal of brazillian pack and refund the money.
