Request to disconnect my mobile line

Dear Sir,

Myself Bharat Prajapati using Airtel no.9892837136 since

I was receiving my bills on proper billing dates till October

From November I am not receiving neither bill nor sms to my current biiling address (I had updated my current billing address in month November).

I used to call customer care dept every month, to pay my bills and everytime I have requrested them to send the bill or sms. There is no proper response from their side. Whenever I called customer care, they used to put me on hold for long time, I used get a response that their systems are down so they are unable to get my details or it will be updated soon.

This month also I paid ny bill by calling customer care. Last complaint ref no. F555891017 given by Airtel.

I got frustrated and decided to disconnect the Airtel GSM connection.

I went to Airtel mobile gallery at Malad west on 16th Sept to request them to disconnect my mobile line. I got the reply that there is no data available in their systems hence they are asking me show all the original proofs which I had submitted earlier when I had taken the connection.

This is my humble request to looking to this matter and please help me out to disconnect my mobile line.
