Money was deducted unneccesarly

I was told by that airtel provides a call rate of 1.50 rs per minute for std but after talking for 5 minutes i found that my 12.32 rs were deducted, on which basis i dont know .another day i got a top up of rs 60 so no money was transacted but only msg came rechare successfully with 60.00 and talktime 0.00 .please pay to the retailer...
