To get Bill plan change

I requested airtel to get the billing plan change for my 3 airtel numbers on 12th Dec. I got no reply and when i contact them @121, i was shocked to know that they did not received my emails, althogh i had the auto reply for all the emails sent. When i talked with the shift lead at the floor, he gave me a ref no (583821394) on 19th dec. On 21st dec i received a sms from 121 that my request has been taken and the same will be done in 24 hrs. But till date it has not been done. Kindly look into this as i m alredy fedup with the kind of service from airtel.
