Dear Concern,
Today on 24-Sept, around 10:20 pm I called on your Customer Care services @121 from my mobile number to file a complaint as I have not been receiving my Bills by courier/SMS from past few months, thus I am unable to know my Bill amount & other details.(Inspite of that, I have been paying the bills regularly).
I had a word with Mr. JITENDRA, the customer care executive. When I brought forward my problem to him, he denied to file a complain saying he was unable to do so due to technical problem. On requesting to manually register/arrange to give a call back, he talked very rudely & in irresponsible manner.
Later, the call was passed to Mr. RAJ KUMAR who claimed to be the Floor Supervisor. To my surprise/Shock, he TOO DENIED TO NOTE MY COMPLAINT IN ANY FORM. He also talked in a very very rude & irresponible manner. Also, he DENIED TO GIVE ANY TELEPHONE NUMBERS / CONTACT No.s of ANY OFFICIAL for further notification of my problem.
MY COMPLAINT HAS STILL NOT BEEN REGISTERED EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS. I WAS DENIED WHEN I ASKED FOR MY COMPLAINT NUMBER.
I am SHOCKED to have such a response from 'Airtel'. I am very old customer of Bharti group, more than 5 yrs... have been paying my bills regularly but such a behaviour has disappointed me to limits.
