Hi,
I had done a airtel to airtel call (local). Charges as per my scheme should be Rs.1 / Min.
I spoke to my wife on 29/09/09 at 2.20pm for 4.59 secs. The message which i got after the call got finished is showing me Rs.6 deducted.
When i check last call duration in my mobile it shows 4:59 and log also shows the same.
I called up airtel customer care they are telling that i spoke for 5:01. Which is not correct.
I feel they are fooling the customers by adding more charges. How can thier system show 2 secs more. Where as my mobile is showing correctly. Which is NOKIA N70 mobile no one have any access to change any data. Balance reduced from 287.74 - 281.74.
My concern is i have faced similar situation of charging by airtel many times this time i have proof.
I am worried about many valuable customer who will loose money because of this kind of activitiy.
I want to bring this to your notice. Please take this as case study and do thing which will help all customers.
