Regarding Additional charges and poor service

I am an Airtel lifetime prepaid user mob no 9867493266.An additional charge of Rs 1.50 was being deduced from my account per day without prior information, when I complained about this to Airtel call center I didnt recieve any satisfactory reason for this, instead I am being charged Rs3.0 for each call. I have written this complaint to Airtel Malad office but did'nt recievd any response.

I am frustrated about the kind of service provided by the company.
