Unreasonable deduction of available balance on prepaid mobile

Hi,

There was a balance of Rs 150 on my prepaid mobile # 9871744830 on 16/08/09 and next morning it was left with just Re.1 on it. There was no call made from this number during that duration, also the customer service wasnt reachable as there was no option on their voice machine to contact any representative. I want this complaint to be attended as soon as possible.
