Complain Reg. Bill plan change

Dear Sir,

I am the customer of your airtel company. My customer id is 106-100462661 & mobile no 9630009910. This mail is regarding my bill plan change. I just wanted to change my bill plan but no one is able to in your organisation to change my bill plan. I have visited your office so many time i am complaining since june. when i resign from my job. My bill coming under CUG plan but as i have resign from the job this is my responsibility to pay the bill but i am not able to that much of bill thats why i forward request to change my bill plan in your orbit mall office but know one responding me. After this i came to your head office which is in Ratlam Kothi Mr. Ram is their who is attending me but he was also fail to change my plan. thats why i am not paying my bill since last three month and even till date no one is able to change my plan.

So i am really dissatisfied with your services. if possible for you to change my paln otherwise i am not able to pay the bill.
